Reasons Why Climate Change Is The Most Urgent Issue

Climate change has been one of the very hot issues in the current years, and everybody from students, workers, teachers, politicians, and nearly everyone has been talking about it, especially since Gretta Thunberg gave an inspiring speech about the world leader, and the urgencies of climate change, how the climate change becoming very urgent matters in this world that world leader now has been working together.

In this article, we are going to show you the urgencies of climate change, how climate change could change the way of your life, and even could impact many more, including preventing more disasters in the future. We are going to show you what is climate health exactly, and how world leaders should work together to prevent it.

What Is Climate Change And How Exactly It Impacts Us?

Climate change has become quite a popular topic these days and has become many issues of debate, conferences, and even world leaders meeting such as in G20, and many more. climate change in itself is a term used by scientists to identify the changing in world climate as the long-term effects of global warming on the planet, resulting in changes in weather patterns, and increasing record temperatures.

The increasing planet temperature is mostly caused by greenhouse gas emissions such as Carbon dioxide and Methane as well as many other gasses that contribute to thinning the ozone layer. This emission of greenhouse gas effects is caused by many things, from the industries that use burning coal as energy, resulting in CO2, or the meat production causing a lot of methane emission.

In simple terms, nearly every country in this world has been throwing out a lot of greenhouse gas emissions in the last few decades, and too many greenhouse gas emissions causing global warming, resulting in severe changes in weather patterns. How does global warming cause some climate change, and how severe it is for humanity?

How Global Warming Could Affect Weather Or Climate Changes?

Greenhouse gases are carbon dioxide, Methane, and many other gasses that could trap heat in the earth’s atmosphere, as well as other gasses that could break the ozone layer. These gasses simply trap heat in the earth and will cause the planet to increase its temperature. The planet is heating, it is proven by the world record temperature each year in many places around the world.

These gasses are the results of industries such as burning fossil fuels, agricultural gas emissions, deforestation, and many other sources, including Freon gas from air conditioners. Not only that, the concrete and building around the world could also reflect on the heat, making it more severe conditions than it already has. How much greenhouse gasses are produced by one person, sector, or country often called carbon tracing?

Various industries have different carbon tracing, for example, industries that burn coal will have a large amount of carbon tracing. Meat industries also have their methane tracing, further affecting global warming.

Greenhouse gases in themselves would increase global temperature, resulting in various climate changes. How is this possible? There are many possibilities, but the most prevalent one is, that temperature increases melt the polar ice caps, and the melting of polar ice in the poles, it would then increase the ocean level in the world.

Increases in the ocean level would also have certain changes on the ocean current resulting in many different weather and climate conditions all around the world, this is most prevalent in the Atlantic and Pacific ocean, especially the El Nino and La Nina conditions.

With so many prevalent urgencies caused by Climate change, it is currently one of the most pressing matters in the world community, and people all around the world, from big corporations, world leaders, and their citizens need to work together to prevent any more damage caused by climate changes, to preserve the world for better future.

How We Can Prevent, Or Reduce The Risk Of Climate Change

The damage of climate change has already been done, and many countries have faced a lot of its severe changes and effect, for example, rising sea level could harm many other cities on the verge of sinking, for example, the Netherlands that are already located on the very low sea level, or sinking cities like Jakarta, Maldives, and Singapore.

To prevent any more damage caused by climate change, every human on this planet needs to work together on solutions that could be effective, reducing carbon tracing, and helping to prevent much more gas emissions. To help prevent it, here are a few ideas both for the government, and ideas that you can do to help prevent and stop climate change.

For Government

Governments need to work together, in every country and strive to reduce global greenhouse gas emissions, especially in the industrial sectors. Right now, industrial sectors and agricultural sectors have been on the lead for carbon and methane tracing. The government needs to work on solutions how to reduce these tracing, for example, by using renewable energy sources instead of fossil fuels.

For Citizens What We Can Do?

Even with pressing matters, and like there isn’t much you can do, there are many things you can do to contribute to help prevent more damage from climate change. These small things that could help if done daily could help to reduce carbon tracing.

For example, turning off lights when not used, reducing the amount of fossil fuels you use, walking or cycling whenever you can, or buying any locally grown foods to help reduce carbon tracing.
